• minimum BSc degree in Lasers, Photonics, Physics or engineering, with >5 years of industry experience in product development or manufacturing. 
• experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Quality (DFQ) within a structured product development process in an industrial environment. 
• experience in use of test and measurement equipment for laser characterization (power meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers etc.), 
• Teamwork orientation with strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills, as well as commitment to continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, able to plan tasks and small projects, to adhere to deadlines under tight project schedules 
• Computer knowledge: MS Office. Knowledge of Jira, Agile, Confluence and Miro is a plus. 
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
