Business Analyst - Salesforce

Location: Remote

Engage business partners to elicit stated and implied users needs, define and maintain evolving business requirements, drive to deliverables that meeting the business needs.

Ability to understand business needs, translate them to requirements/user stories and deliver value-added solutions.

Aware of and influences future technology capabilities and strategy. Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on large process improvement projects designed to improve business results.

Works with senior business stakeholders to identify, refine, and document business needs using techniques like business process modeling and use case development.

  • Salesforce Platform Knowledge
  • The candidate should
  • Have an Understanding of Salesforce declarative/customization capabilities
  • Advise business on Salesforce best practices and tools/solutions
  • Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions related to the Salesforce CRM platform while driving for OOTB solutions and articulate pros/cons of customizations
  • In depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com
  • Acts as a Salesforce subject matter expert in discussions and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
