Salesforce Business Process Engineer

Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days St Louis Park

General Description: Strategist on designing and optimizing operations and sales processes within CRM. Design workflows that will reduce data redundancy and streamline movements of data to improve information management. Work closely with data engineers, application architects, and subject matter experts to implement solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Includes processes performed within our CRM platform(s).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement process changes, leveraging industry best practices and innovative technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to configure and customize the CRM system to meet business needs.
  • Conceptualize and implement workflows and automation of tasks and processes within the system.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, definitions, and system configurations.
  • Provide training and support to managers and trainers. Ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of process improvements. Identify further opportunities for optimization.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure proper use of system and processes.
  • Lead the business process component for additional special projects on an on-going basis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 7 years + of experience in business process; preferably with the health insurance industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools, diagrams, and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate across functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
