Functional Project Manager - Software Deployment
Location: Remote
Seeking a functional lead (PM) for this with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management. They will provide project management, data management/governance, review SOPs and Work Instructions, responsible for interaction with Regulatory Teams.
This role will be responsible for the functional project management of the implementation of our new Regulatory Information Management (RIM) system. This role will coordinate data efforts, review SOPs and work instructions, and will be responsible for interactions with regulatory teams. The project lead will lead the project team in completing the project by the set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Over the course of the project, this role will need to communicate with stakeholders and supplier, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. This role will be responsible for escalating any issues or gaps that may arise that will impact the delivery of the project milestones and ultimate delivery of the project.
Global project (if resources have global regulatory experience that would be strongly preferred).
Objective: functional managment of the deploying the regulatory license tracking/registration (module)
Technology: MS office (especially strong Excel), IT SDLC understanding (example; API understanding)
Skills: Project Management; Understanding of IT and data concepts including integrations; Problem-solving; Change Management; Application implementation
