IT Project Lead IV (Global SAP Deployment)

Job Summary:

This is a project manager role supporting data conversion for a global SAP Deployment. The role will work directly with management and key resources to ensure that the project is delivered on time. 

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with data conversion, PMO, and process teams in development and execution of project plans.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Ensure that the data and process are compliant with GxP validation requirements
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to the data conversion project
• Manage priorities across stacked deployment waves
• Support preparation of gate deliverables
• Minimum of 3 years of project management leadership experience
• Minimum of 3 years of combined experience of ERP and/or BT deployment activities

This role may require occasional weekend work (up to seven times during the year of this contract).

Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Responsible for and authorized to manage the IT portion of a project. Responsibilities: Provide Leadership to all IT related aspects of the project. Integration (Planning) Management, Global alignment, Provide Scope, Cost and Resource Management for the project. Time Management, Resource planning, Quality Management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management. Be objective in setting and assessing work, ensuring team buy-in.
