Support company Rebranding initiative by working across company ERP and Material Master systems to develop standard processes and create efficiencies ensuring timely material reservation and creation.
Material reservation – Coordinating process to ensure Phase In Material IDs are reserved.
GTIN reservation – Coordinating process to reserve GTINs for Phase In material.
Material Create – Coordinating process to create new Phase In Materials ensuring accurate master data for any changes from the Phase Out Material. (e.g. Country of Origin, Basic Data Text, GTINs)
Troubleshooting as needed with various functional subject matter experts across the globe.
Identifying efficiencies and process improvement opportunities to enable reservation and create due date achievement under tight timelines.
Performing execution of reservation and create processes as needed to support project timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have:
Broad experience leading projects in material master data subject area.
Deep understanding of material master packaging levels and GTINs
Microsoft office proficiency, specifically Excel advanced functionality.
Ability to create and document standard processes and procedures.
Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead detailed data analysis meetings/discussions sometime with cross-border teams.
Good English communication – written and spoken.
