What are you going to do?
Where are you going to work?
As Sales Excellence Manager, you will work in a self-managing and independent position where analysis and advice are central. You will do this from our office in Roermond, but with a strong international character. Within this position, you will report to the Finance Director and although you will have a self-regulatory role, there are always colleagues nearby who are willing to brainstorm and support where necessary.
Grodan, part of ROCKWOOL Group, is a global leader offering innovative and rootzone management solutions for the professional horticultural sector, based on Precision Growing principles. Although the Dutch horticulture sector occupies a prominent position in the world, it is a position with an international scope. You have to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders such as growers, governments, EU institutions and the end consumer who demand eco-friendly products.
