QA Senior Manager II

Location: Roermond/Venlo, the Netherlands

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare logistics and compliance? As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, regulation, and innovation—driving excellence, ensuring compliance, and enabling growth in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

What you’ll do

As Senior Quality Assurance Manager II, you take the lead in implementing regulatory strategies and aligning them with the goals of the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) healthcare program. You communicate clearly, manage objectives effectively, and provide insightful reporting.

You stay ahead of evolving healthcare industry regulations across multiple regions. Your role is to interpret these changes and translate them into forward-thinking policies and strategic initiatives. You oversee all interactions with governmental bodies, including the identification of local and federal requirements, facilitating inspections and audits, and ensuring that every compliance concern is addressed thoroughly and on time.

Collaboration is key: you work closely with sales and operations teams to grow our healthcare footprint and design new service offerings that generate additional value and revenue. With your leadership, you drive continuous improvement in service quality, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.

You report directly to the global director QA/RA and coordinate efforts across a team of QA Managers, ensuring alignment, performance, and progress across the board.

What you’ll need

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager with experience in GDP and GMP environments in either manufacturing or logistics;
• Experience managing teams, developing managers of people and working with folks remotely is critical for this role;
• QP/RP designations are not required, but are preferred;
• With a team across many countries some travel will be required but will not be extensive.
