Job Description:
Staff Applications (Hardware / Firmware) Engineer: Full Time: Taipei, Taiwan
This engineer would be part of the Computer Products Group (CPG) Applications Engineering team in Microchip’s Hauppauge, New York Office, who will work on microprocessor-based products that go into tablets, desktops, notebooks, and embedded systems. You will be mentored and work on all phases of applications development & deployment. This includes understanding all product functions from the design specifications, developing software and or hardware to exercise the device, and supporting customers deployment the product functions. You will work closely with architects, designers, validation engineers as well as customers facing marketing/sales/FAE team.
