Position Summary: The successful Full Stack Verification & Validation Engineer candidate will report to the Manager of Verification & Validation and will work closely with other functions of the company, including technology, marketing, services and operations. The engineer is responsible for improving Customer perception of quality of the product by ensuring the delivery of a defect free software in accordance with the quality principles of the organization

Responsibilities:

• Create , enhance and execute the software test strategy to achieve the PDP goals for the product in accordance with the organization's quality criteria.
• Create test plans covering test scope , resourcing requirements and test schedule in an agile environment
• Execute both manual and automated tests across both functional and non-functional areas to uncover defects and work with cross functional stakeholders to report and resolve them.
• Develop test scripts using python based test automation tools
• Maintains the test infrastructure for uptime, scheduling and maximizes the utilization.

Requirements

• At Least BE/B.Tech/MCA with 7+yrs of experience in software verification & validation of medical devices / instruments.
• Proficient in creating & executing both functional and non-functional test plans for a complex software product
• Prior experience in developing test scripts, preferably in python3
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC , Bug life cycle processes and an ability to customize them for the product needs.
• Prior experience in testing software on actual and/or emulated hardware
• Good Understanding of industrial standards such as IEC 62304 for testing medical devices and IEEE 730 for Software QA Processes
• Understanding of test management and project planning tools like Jira
• Strong aptitude, proactive communication and an ability to learn fast.
• Open to relocate to Bangalore and work from the office.
• Open to travel internationally
