Job Summary
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing and implementing continuous improvement techniques. This includes, but is not limited to identifying, investigating and resolving production issues, both systemic and acute; working with operations personnel to ensure qualified processes and production requirements are met, provide training, support, and leadership for cross-functional problem solving activities and methods.

Candidates should have experience with, and must be prepared to excel in the following areas of responsibility:
EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Ceramic, Production or Chemical Engineering.
Experience level: 3+ years in related field
Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD
Work effectively without close supervision and in a matrix team environment
Manage schedule and priorities of multiple projects and initiatives
