AltaMed offers mentoring services for youth as a supplement to educational and occupational skills training available through our existing Workforce Development program. Technology skills training, career exploration, and leadership development are all benefits for the thousands who have formally gone through our Workforce Development program.

Workforce Development coordinates of all of AltaMed’s internships, including AmeriCorps and clinical placement. More broadly, though, it exists to promote the sustainable growth of AltaMed’s workforce, one day seeking to supply 10-20 percent of our employees, and aims to ensure that AltaMed is hiring from within the communities we serve with greater retention in mind.

Job Overview

Assists with administrative tasks to ensure the coordination and completion of all segments of the assigned project. Compile and consolidate reports and prepare presentation based on findings or outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree required. Masters degree preferred.
