Introduction

Background information

The ASML GSC EUV Support team is responsible to service 3rd line support of installed base of hundreds machines in a 24x7 operation with 150 employees worldwide.

Our Continuous Improvement team is focusing on supporting and driving our GSC EUV Support team initiatives on improving our ways of working. Our team goal is to reduce the outflux of escalations from first and second line towards 3rd line, through knowledge sharing and increased capabilities of 1st and 2nd line. We focus on creating clear visibility through data analysis and critical dashboards creation. We are optimizing and creating new processes to support the transition of the department from a reactive mode to a more proactive and predictive work.

Your assignment

You will be an active and visible player within our team, working on and supporting data mining activities to ensure the right dashboards are created, automated and shared. Additionally, you will perform project management activities related to data management, optimize and define new processes, automate KPI's, and you will create dashboards from multiple source data.

This is an unique opportunity to look behind the scenes and contribute to our global support organizations. You will work with us to establish direction for future success of ASML GSC EUV Support.

Your profile

To be a perfect match for this internship, you:

  • Are a bachelor/HBO or master student in Data Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics or Informatics, looking for an apprentice internship or graduation project;
  • Are skilled and/or willing to learn in Power BI and Power Automate;
  • Enjoy working in technical environment and with big data;
  • Are self-driven with analytical mindset;
  • Have interest in managing projects;
  • Enjoy multi-cultural settings and have good English language skills.

This is a bachelor or master internship for 3 - 5 days per week, for a minimum of 9 months up to 1 year. The start date is as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
