So what does a Benefits Manager really do? Think of yourself as someone who’s responsible for maintaining and monitoring the employee benefits programs, so not just anyone is qualified for this role. As the Benefits Manager, you will do Benefits Design, Benefits Administration, Vendor management, Employee Query Handling, Reporting and Data administration, and guidance to the Benefits team. You will provide support in the development and implementation of global as well as country Benefit strategies. You will also be responsible for the administration and implementation of all employee benefits for employees in the designated area of the business. You will perform other job-related assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
