We are currently seeking Trailhead Academy Account Executives to join our growing sales team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). As a critical member of the GTM team, you are responsible for establishing relationships both with customers and our license sales team in order to present a co-ordinated training strategy that underpins a customer’s success of their Salesforce investment. The Trailhead Account Executive creates, progresses and closes opportunities for all technical training across each Salesforce product. The role works closely with customers IT and technical stakeholders, such as CTO’s, CIO’s, Developers, Business Analysts etc
The Trailhead Account Executive (TAE) will formulate and implement a sales strategy within assigned territories, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in their assigned space. A TAE creates, progresses and closes opportunities for all technical training across the full suite Salesforce products. As a business development professional, you must be a driven individual who can generate a large amount of pipeline for the business within a short period of time.
You will work as a trusted advisor to deeply understand the business challenges and goals our customers face relating to the people side of CRM and digital transformation, working with them to position the right training and enablement solutions. By inspiring change and enablement by participating and leading client meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required, as well as participating in regional forecast calls and account planning sessions.

Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skills needed to be successful will vary from 5-10 years of quota-carrying sales and account management experience or experience in technology industry with exposure to licence or training/enablement sales.
