Role Summary: As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for the management of the Shared Mailbox for the EMEA region, ensuring all invoices are sent for processing daily. Processing of high-volume PO & non-PO invoices across all EMEA ledgers ensuring all invoices are approved in accordance with Hologic’s authority policy. Building relationships with our business partners to ensure the timely settlement of invoices is achieved and the correct processes and procedures are adhered to. Our mission is to become the best Finance Shared Service Centre in the Northwest whilst helping to improve women’s lives across the world. Knowledge
Understanding of Accounts Payable process end to end
Processing Invoices in a high volume environment
Experience of ERP accounting systems
Experience of No PO No Pay policy
Skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills to be able to prioritize workload and manage shared mailbox
Great attention to detail with an inquisitive mindset
Proficient in managing a changing environment
