Do you want to be part of a team that supports United States European Command (USEUCOM)? Peraton is looking for someone who leads and acts as a full participant as a Planner/Scheduler. You will plan, lead, and manage the scheduling of AAS COR-requested projects and develop plans, including budgets and schedules, to meet contractual/project requirements for several major portions of a program. Responsibilities include a wide range of duties involving initial job planning, scheduling of time, scheduling of materials, coordination of subcontractors, monitoring of job progress, analysis of changes, and problem solving. Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers and performs extensive investigations as required. Produces the initial IPP schedule and then updates it throughout the program. Uses the schedule to analyze the impact of change orders, delays, and any other schedule disruptions. Works with the project manager and the subcontractors during the preparations and updating of the schedule and produces critical scheduling information for the project team’s use. Monitors performance reports against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met; arranges modifications as required. Develops, collaborates on, coordinates, facilitates reviews of, and submits program deliverables (e.g., Integrated Project Plan; Travel Authorization Requests (TARs); Trip Report) and uses the dedicated portal to track project schedules and performance.

  • Active TS/SCI
  • Master's degree and 10+ years of experience
  • Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Proficient in reviewing requirements generated by engineering and determines the resources necessary to achieve the plan, then time-phases the requirements to support the master schedule.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining detailed schedules and material requirements lists for program schedule requirements and proposal efforts.
  • Experience performing planned versus actual budget analysis showing the manufacturing history of each end-item produced, detailing the planned and actual cost information for material and labor.
  • Determine material requirements from engineering and production schedules.
  • Experience coordinating shipping to ensure that program schedules are met.
  • Experience in engineering work process and activity sequence required
  • Certifications: DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II, MS Project, ITIL 4 foundation (Preferred)
