Responsibilities

Performs routine tasks associated with the design, modification, development, analysis and implementing programming applications. Applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to support and/or install the operating systems.

  • Supporting nodal analysis, artificial lift system, single phase and multiphase flows, fluid mechanics
  • Resolving problems related to stress, heat transfer, friction, elasticity etc..
  • Translating the requirements into a solid design and implementation
  • Analyzing algorithms and translating design and analysis into code.
  • Analyzing complex problems and design appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

  • BE/B.TECH/B.S OR M.E/M.Tech/M.S/PhD in Petroleum or relevant engineering disciplines.
  • Strong petroleum engineering background supported with knowledge in nodal analysis, artificial lift system, single phase and multiphase flows, fluid mechanics.
  • Good knowledge in stress, heat transfer, friction, elasticity etc
  • Working knowledge of C/C++, FORTRAN, python and/or C#, angular, html, SQL
  • Understanding of software engineering design principles and analysis algorithms with the ability to translate design and analysis into code
  • Strong diagnostic skills to track, trouble-shoot, and solve issues.
