The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to Cluster Sales & Marketing team in order to maximize revenue performance and achieve budgets through the effective implementation and deployment of a strategic Sales and Marketing plan, account management, business development & digital engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant area
• 5+ years' managing teams
• Track record of successful Sales performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
