Full-time Data Management Specialist

Position Overview:

The Data Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate invoicing of clients while ensuring adherence to hospital financial policies and procedures.

Tasks include:

Daily Tasks:

  • InvoiceConnect, daily invoice processing and pull from Concur, posting in D365
  • Zoho Form Extract and Upload Process
  • New/Modify Vendor Form, pulling from the previous day or weekends submissions, and sorting them based on submission Type
  • New Vendors Requests, checking Vendor Name and/or Tax ID info for duplicate Vendor information
  • If previously existing vendor, compare new request to existing information and see if there is new information to be updated, Switch to Modify Vendor Request
  • Modify Vendor Requests, Based on requests, create update uploads to ACH Updates, Address Updates, W9 Updates or Email Updates
  • Prepare ENGIE Posting
  • Check for AMTLE Lease Additional Payments (Lee’s Tickets)

Weekly

  • Beginning of the Week, T&E will confirm OOP Expenses are ready for ExpenseConnect pull at EOD
  • Day after ExpenseConnect Pull, process weekly expense pulls from Concur, posting in D365
  • Posting weekly ENGIE in D365 in Invoice Journal and Vendor Payment Journal

Monthly

  • EOM, T&E will confirm Expenses are ready for ExpenseConnect pull similar to weekly, running OOP and Credit Cards
  • ExpenseConnect Processing for OOP and Credit Card posting in D365
  • Monthly Multi Hospital Invoice processing

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education, and/or experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good organizational skills

Pay Range

$25—$29 USD
