A Snapshot of Your Day
As a scheduler/fine planner for the gas turbine plant in Berlin, you will be responsible for the punctual scheduling and deadline controlling of the entire procurement and production process through to the punctual delivery of the subassemblies/components for which you are responsible. You are responsible for the scheduling information of all supplier components from purchasing or in-house production. You evaluate this information and plan production accordingly, taking into account deadlines/capacity and parts availability. You use SAP and SAP APO as the main tool for your daily work and for mapping deadlines. You are in constant communication with many interfaces from purchasing/quality/engineering/manufacturing/logistics/work preparation on assembly progress and on all current challenges.
In addition, you communicate the status and delivery dates to your internal customers.

The "Operational Planning and Scheduling" group at the Siemens Energy gas turbine plant in Berlin consists of a total of approximately 15 employees and working students (m/f/d). It is a diverse team that works together in a very open, collegial/helpful and committed manner. Due to the different professional and personal backgrounds of our employees, the team has a very broad range of experience with a high level of competence.
