Accounts Receivable Project Expert is the single point of contact for all projects related to the daily AR activities and will take part of all ongoing projects affecting

Responsibilities:

• Deal as point of contact for all new/ongoing projects from Accounts Receivable side
• Work with IT team and cross funtional teams to define testing scenarios
• Working knowledge of Customer service and EDI processes and well as customer system
• Determines and develops approach to solutions independantly
• Participation in testing and result validation from Accounts Receivable side
• May perform in project leadership role and coordinate the activities of other project members
• Provide regular project updates and training after new implementations as required to the entire Accounts Receivable team
• Work pro-actively with other departments to identify and solve issues, related to customer set ups and billing
• Responsible for collection, verification, accurate set up of all relevant billing details for EDI Invoice Implementations
• Responsible for update of the billing details at Sensata and customer side in case of changes
• Coordinate contract signing for automated billing with Sensata customers
• Ensure control of the billing process to reduce and avoid billing errors, organize corrective actions and follow up until resolution
• Deal proactively and lead cross funtional communication with customers, Customer Service, EDI, Cash Application, Cash Collection, Credit and Accounting

Requirements:

• Background in Finance, Accounting, Economy or relevant experience in the field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational AR role, previous roles is related departments (Customer service, EDI implementations) is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated person
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent presentation skills
• Very good verbal and written English language skills
• Project managment experience is considered an advantage
• Experience with ERP system is required
• OTC process knowledge is a must
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Team player with result orientated outlook
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic growth-oriented environment
