We’re looking for a junior Field Service Intern to join our Customer satisfaction Team in Milano.

As a Service Engineer you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting Signify customers to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for customer service) 
• Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations 
• Accepts and coordinate service requests through service tickets to the field service/support technicians
• Sets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)
• Proactively engage with customers face-to-face, by phone or in writing

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma in a technical field 
• Experience within servicing networked building- or industry automation sys tems or similar 
• Knowledge of light sources, electronics circuit and its application will be advantages 
• Independent and structured way of working, high commitment, solution-oriented thinking
• Fluent in English and italian
