To support NXP Product, Package, Process Qualification & Monitoring of product reliability by
Hardware(HW)/ Software(SW) creation and perform test of the life test setup according to the specification, project requirement and align with the project planning
Develop and control the Life test work instructions
Troubleshoot failures on lifetest equipment, analyze causes and initiate improvements
Job Responsibility:
Participate in Reliability projects intake review, LTE activity access for the risk and risk mitigate action, initiate HW creation plan and perform test execution related to operation lifetime test and biased environmental stress test.
Develop and debug operation lifetime test and biased environmental stress test hardware and software for new products.
Perform Reliability accelerate stress test according to the specification and create equipment operation procedure.
Perform problem solving for root cause investigation and define detection and preventive action for the sample fail analysis.
Job Qualification:
Experience or internship in Electronic/ Semiconductor/IC manufacturing industry
Good skills in English communication/report writing
Experience in Computer C language programming / Embedded Hardware.
