We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Financials OIC Lead to spearhead the design, development, and management of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) within our ERP Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in building integrations for cloud applications and possess a deep understanding of various digital technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of OIC integrations with Fusion Finance modules and third-party systems.
  • Drive the implementation of integration projects, ensuring high standards of reliability, scalability, and functionality.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define integration requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of integration solutions, from concept through to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Provide technical thought leadership and guidance to offshore members of the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Proven expertise in designing and building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud projects and experience with FBDI uploads
  • Advanced knowledge of OIC inbuilt cloud adapters including REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM, and ERP.
  • Proficient in various integration design patterns such as App-driven, Scheduled, File transfer, and Publish/Subscribe models.
  • Strong ability to liaise with multiple teams including business analysts, architects, and project managers to gather technical and functional requirements.
  • Skilled in building, error handling, auditing, scheduling, deployment, monitoring, and alert integrations in OIC/ICS; capable of supporting end-to-end testing of Integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of Mappings, Lookups, Connections, XSLT, Agents, Packages, and other features of OIC.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise-wide infrastructure digital technologies and platforms, including PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, iPaaS, APIs, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience as an engineer or technical subject matter expert in areas such as OIC, APIs, integration patterns, and file transfer mechanisms.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The base salary range for this role is $157,877 to $213,598 in San Francisco, CA.
