Applicants for this role will need to come into the Clayton, MO office about once a month.

Position Purpose: Prepare, review and process tax filings, and process state tax credit reports and filing.

• Maintain federal, state, and local tax rates by Federal Employer ID Number (FEIN).
• Prepare tax accruals for future tax liabilities.
• Complete W-2 C's and prepare reconciliations to send to tax service to complete amendment.
• Complete registration applications, and other reports/reconciliations as needed.
• Prepare tax calculations for tax provision and tax returns.
• Prepare state credit calculations.
• Research information for federal and state tax audits.
• Tax planning and special projects as needed.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years payroll tax experience.
• Previous accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with PeopleSoft and ADP preferred.

Pay Range: $25.97 - $46.68 per hour
