What You Will Do

Nasdaq's Financial Technology solutions tackle nefarious activities across a range of compliance silos - detecting and fighting financial crime as it occurs. As a Sales Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ad hoc tasks for the FinTech Commercial and Sales Operations Team
  • Billing and related tasks:
  • Generating reports
  • Quarterly and prorata invoicing
  • Create new customers in billing system
  • Update customer information in billing system
  • Check Exchange Invoices monthly to ensure we are billing pass-through fees correctly
  • Resolve customer invoice queries
  • Maintaining New Business spreadsheet
  • Liaison with accounts payable to ensure supplier invoices are paid
  • Jira SUBS weekly reconciliation
  • Validating Closed Won deals in Salesforce have been closed as per the contract
  • Archiving contracts - TBC
  • Generating reports from Salesforce

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management is highly preferred
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales support/ administration
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Salesforce experience is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintains a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Amenable to working mid-shift (3 pm - 12 am Manila time) and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
