About this opportunity:

We are excited to offer a rewarding role for an MS Optimization and Performance Management professional here at Ericsson. This vital position encompasses the organization, guidance, and execution of optimization activities aimed to enhance the overall performance of our network or IS/IT infrastructure and services. You will be instrumental in ensuring the correct interplay of resources within our network's domains, securing the high-quality standards we take pride in delivering to our customers. Your work will have a direct impact on our success, contributing to achieving our Service Level Agreement (SLA), and designing a topology or configuration that is cost-effective.

What you will do:

  • Analyze network capacity and gather performance data for review.
  • Create comprehensive reports on network data analysis.
  • Ascertain network business requirements via meticulous analysis.
  • Coordinate performance and capacity data collection initiatives.
  • Request and monitor service and resource activities.
  • Facilitate the execution and coordination of solutions for capacity and performance improvements.
  • Work on enhancing end-user quality of service and aim for optimum performance.
  • Implement corrective measures to boost trafficability performance with an end-user focus.
  • Develop a rich understanding of KPIs up to counter level for a detailed performance analysis.
  • Identify potential sectors for automation.
