This role of Associate will manage the enrollment of suppliers into Supply Chain Finance programs for the Americas. Key activities include supplier documentation management and coordination of the supplier setup in our platforms. The role requires strong knowledge of product documentation, web-based solutions and operational aspects. Driving high performance culture and managing deadlines, stakeholder experience, coaching juniors and deliver results.

This position of Supply Chain Finance Associate will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Establish robust supplier onboarding framework and manage all aspects of supplier enrollment and implementation process for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs globally.
  • Develop deep market, company and product knowledge across industries.
  • Provide innovative solutions with focus on digitalization and automation.
  • Proactively address the supplier needs providing best onboarding experience.
  • Manage Legal agreements and documentation for suppliers joining SCF programs, including supplier due diligence process. Coordinate supplier setup in systems and platforms.
  • Monitor supplier pipeline tracker and enrollment status ensuring speed to market delivery and that all KPIs are adequately met. 
  • Implement control frameworks and processes to support satisfactory audits and regulatory compliance. Proactively identify risks and control issues, bring the appropriate resources together, and drive the design and implementation of solutions, decision making, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Trade & Working Capital front office and middle office stakeholders across all geographies to implement and iteratively improve supplier impacting processes and actively contribute to SCF global initiatives.
  • This is a producer manager role. Review priorities & manage team expectations proactively; become a mentor for the team members and help them develop the right skill sets by reviewing their work; provide clear guidance to the team to maximize efficiency.
  • Drive a high-performance culture, sharing of best practices, cross training and synergies amongst team members to ensure a sustainable delivery model.

Skills/Experience

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for developing innovative solutions that support clients around the world.

Bachelor’s degree University degree with 7+ years of experience in the client implementation, middle or back office functions; or equivalent experience in project management and system implementation activities

  • Experience in Supply Chain finance will be added advantage
  • Strong desire to learn all aspects of trade and supply chain finance products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate and interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Self-motivated and confident decision-maker with the ability to demonstrate leadership, challenging and influencing change where necessary
  • Ability to work independently, as well as being able to effectively work in a team environment and partner with colleagues globally
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong work ethic and ”can do” attitude
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently across the organization, cross–functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required
  • Technological orientation with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good to have skills - Alteryx, UiPath
