Task/Activity

Ensure contract compliance - maintain complete knowledge of contract terms, ensure both parties are meeting all aspects, and that all contracts are current, valid, and being followed

Lead the successful delivery of the project by proper resource planning, risk management, project control (ensuring adherence to scope/schedule/budget), change management, and application of Google delivery methodology

Responsible for managing the DAIR log in the google template; distil Decisions, Open Items and Risks from all relevant meetings and record them on the DAIR log. Reference the DAIR ID in the status reporting.

Proactively identify, document, monitor and mitigate risk

Accountable for the success of projects specifically identified as being part of the domain

Accountable for following governance and process management guidelines provided by GOO

Establish and oversee change control processes while managing the project scope and engage/discuss with the delivery stakeholders for any scope change

Responsible for stakeholder presentations, status reporting, business/team communication. Serve as primary POC to Google, providing them excellent customer care and communication.

Coordinate logistics to kickoff and run the project to completion

Responsible for managing resource assignments and capacity

Facilitate backlog grooming based on priorities

Identify dependencies and work with the team to resolve by collaborating with the release manager, other vendor teams and other project/module leads

Track and Report on KPIs with the KPI manager

Assist with defining scope/schedule/budget for new Projects and any Change Request Opportunities

Update the budget sheet and review with the JLL Account Delivery leader on a weekly basis

Leverage our CRM to accurately maintain burn rate, earned value and financial performance information on the project

Leverage our CRM to accurately reflect resource requirements for the project

Leverage our CRM to provide accurate monthly financial data (revenue forecasting for accruals and oversight of project billing)
