This position is located within our Global Sales and Marketing group and part of the EMEA Sales Operations team. Sales Operations objective is to support and promote that best practices are accessible and used by Sales; Marketing and operations. This involves: sales forecasting, sales trend analyses; Sales KPIs; opportunity funnel; margin management; customer description; capacity management; inventory analyses.

For the EMEA Sales operations team, we are looking for a self-motivated, driven, energetic individual to help drive all aspects of the sales process. This includes: making sure there is predictable revenue stream generation; having right people in right business cluster; getting structured customer feedback or having right visibility in long term opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Owner for Revenue Forecasting and Revenue gap closing processes for the Automotive accounts EMEA, with ~$1.5B/year. 
  • Perform sales trends analysis. Define and deploy key gap-closing actions in the field.
  • Establish bi-weekly sales view based on input from the field
  • Drive corrective actions with the Sales MT to ensure the Region meets its short term financial commitments (e.g. quarterly closure)
  • Support Sales management team with analyses for strategic reviews
  • Drive actions between Sales and BL to ensure NXP is set to meet its long term ambitions (e.g. budgets..)
  • Serve as the primary interface to Supply Chain Management organization (SCM) to ensure closed loop process between Sales and Supply chain.
  • Maintain a sharp eye on best practices in the field of Sales Operation to continuously drive process improvements
  • Key activities: Rolling Financial Forecast; Revenue gap-closing; Design Win reviews; Business analytics; Resource planning; Long term revenue planning

Your profile :

  • MBA ideally combined with technical background. Consistent ‘A’ performer.
  • Data driven, attention to detail and able to translate data models into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to interface different knowledge domains.
  • Good communicator in English.
  • Capable of engaging without power.
  • Self-Motivation - sets and achieves challenging goals; demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.
  • High degree of engagement and fierce resolve.
  • Ability to work independent, sense of responsibility
  • Team player in a multi-cultural and multi-functional environment
  • Ability to adapt easily to new responsibilities and learn fast
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and ideally statistical modeling.
