The Enterprise Platforms & Security (EP&S) team delivers the following capabilities for Pfizer. Business application platforms supporting Pfizer’s enterprise application and critical business processes. Infrastructure allowing business traffic to travel where it needs to go, internally and externally, along with the appropriate access controls. EP&S secures Pfizer's most important information assets through world class controls and protections and enables Pfizer's business results by making security an enabler and not a roadblock to achieving business results.
The Service Management function owns and operates platforms that help EP&S and its customers build, deploy, and run leading-edge services on-premises and in the cloud. Service Management platforms support best practices related to the delivery of IT operations and site reliability engineering (SRE) that help customers create and maintain scalable and highly reliable systems, gather data and insights, and manage change, risks, and costs. The service areas included are: Service Management Tools, Environment Monitoring Tools, Service Data Analytics, and Insights
As a software engineer you will develop next-generation technology. You will be a technical member of a team using agile development methodologies and DevOps to provide continuous delivery of solutions. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the technology stack as we continue to push technology forward. You will be responsible for delivering high quality software solutions. This role requires strong collaboration skills, the ability to work independently with a focus on high quality and a strong sense of accountability.
