About the job

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations within area of Revenue and Accounts receivable to ensure Days of Sales Outstanding at minimum level and recorded properly according to GAAP.

Job Description

  • Perform daily Customer calls & sending structured email reminders to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments from customers.
  • Perform weekly Collection Call with Sales teams for Overdue issues.
  • Ensure all invoices sent are well received by customer.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable function, and/or one or several specialist areas according to set standards and rules which includes:
  • Accounts Receivable Reconciliation,
  • Sales Record Reconciliation,
  • Periodic Credit Limit Policy Review,
  • Other GL Sales Related Reconciliation.
  • Provide Accounts Receivable and Sales Related Data Request from Auditors and Sales Person.

What you know

  • Able to work under pressure for Collection Target to keep Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) at minimum level.
  • Bachelor's degree graduate (in economics/statistics/mathematics) from reputable University
  • 3+ years of related experience from related Field (Accounting/Finance)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, including teleconference presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Have significant and proven hands-on experience applying basic analytics to a variety of business situations and proven ability to synthesize complex data.
  • Self-driven, with initiatives to solve billing issues, understanding related taxation would be a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and able to work independently yet acts as a team player.
