Job Summary:
Conduct marketing campaign, product promotion, implement territory marketing plan, improve territory distributors and customers’ product cognition, increase customers’ coverage and sales volume
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. Conduct key project promotion, and increase regional sales volume of related products achieve regional target.
2. Support sales team and distributor teams, improve reagent consumption, achieve sales target
3. Develop and maintain regional key customers to improve customer experience
4. Responsible for marketing campaign, including: hospital meetings, area events etc. to make more customers aware of Roche products.
5. Develop and maintain regional speakers.
6. Conduct product training to sales and distributors regularly
7. Collect and manage customer information, competitor information and sales data etc. to implement regional marketing campaign plan better.
You should have:
1. At least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and / or Business Degree
2. Product & Application Expertise
Experience:
Experience in hospital laboratory diagnostics work or 3 years sales or marketing experience in a similar industry
