We are currently looking for an Affiliate Program manager to join our winning team. In this role, you will be a crucial driver in optimizing our marketing activities, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and helping usincrease our affiliate campaigns' ROI. 

You’ll join our Marketing team based in our headquarters, Herzliya, Israel. 

About The Role 

  • Affiliate Account Management: develop and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring mutual success. 
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics to measure campaigns' effectiveness and continuously optimize deals /campaigns. 
  • Actively search for - and acquire - new Affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to affiliate needs. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Papaya at the forefront of affiliate marketing 
  • Effectively manage affiliates' billing weekly/monthly. 
  • Prepare performance reports, track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities from our Affiliates. 
  • Conduct regular audits of affiliate sites to ensure quality and respect for the guidelines. 
  • Must have a winning mindset and an insatiable hunger for success, going above and beyond the boundaries of the job description to drive growth for Papaya 
  • Minimum 1-year of online affiliate management experience. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Can-do approach and ability to swiftly move from strategy planning to execution, and reiterate based on performance 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills allowing you to manage and grow relationships with affiliates in a highly competitive market. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and large data analysis. 
  • Fluent English - Verbal and written (Must) 
  • Knowledge of CRM software like HubSpot and Salesforce – advantage 
  • Experience working with Partnerstack – advantage 
  • B2B experience – advantage
