Children's Medical Services
This position is to provide administrative support for division financial functions, including deposits, journal entries, and assist monthly trial balance reconciliations.
This position will ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Cash Receipts, Deposits and Accounts Receivable. Prepare correcting journal entries for balance sheet accounts and submit to ASD Financial Accounting Bureau for posting. This position will assist region offices with clerical support, balance monthly statements, process vouchers, and care and support as needed.
The Public and Children's Medical Services Program staff and clients.
The Ideal Candidate will be proficient in processing deposits using desk top deposit process. Knowledge with SHARE in the reporting tools and queries for SHARE HCM and Financial.
Basic knowledge in reviewing, auditing, submitting, and tracking all payroll errors and correcting Journal entries. Proficient in excel spreadsheets, to include word, power point. Strong organizational and communication skills good communication skills; and the ability to multi-task.
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Accounting and two (2) years of directly related job experience in the areas of office administration, budgeting, purchasing, finance, accounting, auditing, cash management and/or contract management.
