Channel Marketing Specialist II

We have an opportunity for a Channel Programs Specialist to to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest, RO.

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements 

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, including sales trends, product performance, and market dynamics. Develop and maintain complex data models to extract insights and identify patterns.
  • Utilize historical data, market research, and other factors to develop accurate analytics forecasts and projections.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management, including performance of sales initiatives and promotions. Support the design and development of data visualizations, charts, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Liaise with third parties to ensure incentive rebates and marketing development funds are calculated and paid out in line with corporate policies
  • Process partner applications to join the partner program, including sending of contracts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices in sales analysis. Seek opportunities for professional development and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

Overall, a channel analyst plays a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance by analyzing data, providing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 0-3 years of experience in sales analytics or project management position
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with sales data sources and structures. Advanced knowledge of Excel required. Experience of creating/maintaining Tableau or Power BI dashboards is highly desirable. Specific knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience of working in cross-functional and virtual teams desirable, as well as willingness to work across timezones
