The Role

As a Principal Product Manager specializing in data, analytics, and AI, you'll occupy a cornerstone position in defining our product strategy and execution. Your role is to harness the power of industry-specific data and AI to keep Fello at the forefront of technological innovation. This hands-on, technical, and strategic role demands a unique blend of expertise in product development, AI innovation, and big data analytics. You will be pivotal in reshaping decision-making processes in the era of big data, machine learning, and automation.

This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in India.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the strategic direction for data and analytics within our platform, aligning product development with overarching business goals and market demands.
• AI Innovation: Utilize your extensive knowledge in AI to boost our software's capabilities, ensuring Fello remains a leader in tech innovation. Stay ahead of AI market trends to inform our AI-driven strategies.
• Product Ownership: Take charge of product modules, focusing on differentiation and growth through deep market and domain expertise.
• Design Oversight: Apply your strong UX/UI sensibility to steer design processes, delivering intuitive and user-centric interfaces.
• Roadmap Development: Craft and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and meet customer needs.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring tight collaboration among UX/UI designers, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless product development.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in global or cross-functional software teams. Prior work in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
• 5+ years of deep product management experience, with a focus on developing internet software products.
• 3+ years of experience managing AI/ML/NLP products or platforms, with a background in data science highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in data warehouses, RDBMs, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
• A solid educational foundation with a BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Technology, or related fields; an MBA is a bonus.
• Expertise in UX/UI design principles, with a knack for integrating data and AI insights to improve product design and user experience.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills, capable of leading initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
