About this opportunity

Align, the makers of Invisalign ® is looking for a Finance Project Management Analyst. This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. The Finance Project Management Analyst, Should Leads process improvement initiatives and/or small-medium projects through the disciplined use of well-known methodologies, measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. Brings expertise to Identify what gaps need to be removed and then map out a plan of action. Also, collaborate with financial reporting and IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. In this role, you will… 

  • Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
  • Structure and manage the execution of project/program tasks with general supervision and little guidance and recommends new approaches.
  • Contribute through others on key projects (can teach L4 and L5 & share experiences with others, with the potential to support the business).
  • lead cross-functional teams through Continuous Improvement, Project Management & Quality Assurance.

In this role, you’ll need … 

Typically:

  • Bachelor’s degree or may have a master’s degree from a four-year college or university, in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 4-6 years of directly related experience.
  • Fluent English Advance
  • PMP and/or Six Sigma, Scrum 
  • Must be proficient with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Must have exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must have exceptional level of commitment and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Must be able to make good assessments on what can and cannot be accomplished before making commitments.
  • Must be proficient with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.).
  • Must have leadership skills.
  • Must have great communication skills.
