We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation leader to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in many different demand generation channels who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and build programs from scratch, while leading high-level marketing strategy. 

What you will accomplish

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies including email marketing, ABM, paid media campaigns and more 
  • Build and own a regular cadence of email nurture streams for both top of funnel leads and customer lifecycle marketing 
  • Implement standardized lead scoring methodologies to more effectively drive awareness and qualified pipeline for sales 
  • Improve marketing operations and reporting to understand marketing spend, performance and ROI 
  • Own the paid media strategy and budget with regular forecasting and reporting 
  • Work with the brand, content and product marketing teams to develop and promote marketing campaigns and materials to drive awareness and interest 
  • Analyze campaign outcomes, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps 
  • Partner with sales on targeted ABM campaigns to drive awareness, pipeline, or attendance to key events 

What you will bring

  • 6-10 years of experience in demand generation (B2B SaaS preferred) 
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program performance and ROI 
  • Proven experience in managing the creation and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and materials. 
  • Experience in managing a team, goals, metrics and overall performance
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skills 
  • Comfortable standing up new programs and authoring strategy, campaigns and operational best practices from scratch 
  • Strong project management skills with attention to deadlines and velocity of execution
  • Operational experience with marketing and sales automation tools and/or CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google/Linkedin campaign managers and more
