Role Overview:

As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the healthcare sector. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

What You’ll Do:

Business Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.

Sales:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Utilize CRM software (such as Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage the pipeline, and analyze customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Foster long-term partnerships and client loyalty.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand complex healthcare processes.
