1. Develop new test solution as needed with the introduction of new products (Scanner, Mobility,
Printer) or new tester platforms, support NPI project.
2. Familiar with the equipment test platform design, understand the working principle of the
equipment, complete the commissioning, and import of production test equipment.
3. Analyze and solve problems during equipment debugging related to equipment.
4. Give suggestions to optimize the hardware design of the equipment and optimize the performance of
the test equipment.
5. Track equipment usage, cooperate with production engineers to optimize equipment and solve
equipment problems.
6. Record debugging problems and documents.
7. Drive DFX review follow NPI process.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electric Technology or equivalent experience.

Skills(Computer, Communication, Leadership, Behavior, etc):
1. Electronics, automation or related major, work background, 4 years above, 3C product testing experience
2. Familiar with PCBA related circuit design and Flashing, functional test scheme design.
3. Familiar with the principle of electrical automation, with electrical, circuit analysis ability
4. Familiar with the use and debugging of commonly used instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, NI DAQ
acquisition card, etc.)
5. Know schematic developing tools, Mentor, etc.
6. Have good communication skills and teamwork ability, have a sense of responsibility and service awareness.
7. Familiar with manufacture skills BB, Lean is a plus.
8. Familiar with VB, C++, ASP, test stand platform is a plus.
9. Familiar with 3D drawing design tools (Creo, solid works) is a plus
