Job Description

We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Intern (curricular internship) as part of our Human Resources team based in Milan.

How you will contribute

  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications;
  • Monitor learning campaigns and training completion;
  • Promote learning offers through internal communication on internal social media;
  • Support with administrative tasks with external suppliers (i.e. contracts, invoices), updating department budget and costs;
  • Track and analyze learning data, record training courses data on Excel and company tools.
  • Contribute to the annual Performance and Development review process in creating learning content to facilitate the deployment of the Performance and Development review process
  • Follow-up on Performance and Development review process in partnership with HR Business Partners and monitoring completion data.

Who you are

  • Collaborative, passionate and curious
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Able to activate a curricular internship
  • Proficient with digital tools and Microsoft Office tools (strong command of Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Italian will be considered as a plus
