What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data-driven strategies for revenue optimization.
  • Lead data analytics projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Diagnose and pinpoint areas for improvement within the Sales & Support organization as you evaluate the company’s business health and performance.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems by conducting analysis, reporting key findings and making recommendations for solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive data-centric solutions.
  • Present complex data insights in an understandable manner to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Continually seek out and implement new methodologies and technologies in data science to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
  • Manage a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in data science
  • 3+ years in management role
  • 3+ years’ experience working with Alteryx and Tableau

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
  • Expertise in data modeling, analysis, and statistical methods.
  • Proficient in data science tools and programming languages
  • Experience with Salesforce and Snowflake
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects
  • Demonstrated success in implementing data-driven solutions that have positively impacted business outcomes.
