What we offer

Nasdaq's Financial Technology solutions tackle nefarious activities across a range of compliance silos - detecting and fighting financial crime as it occurs.

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to sales managers within the Nasdaq Anti-Financial Crime business. In this role, you will work with colleagues from several different departments such as Sales, Product, Tech, HR, and Legal, along with external clients. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming a first point of contact for Account Managers for RFPs, RFI, and risk assessments: populating responses, coordinating, gathering responses from different departments/ experts, crosschecking the responses for accuracy
  • Working with client portals: formatting documents prior to submitting requests on our internal portal
  • Submitting the responses into the client’s portal after necessary reviews
  • Working on follow-up questionnaires
  • Providing Audit Portal and Cyber Portal assistance
  • Maintaining responses in internal database
  • Assisting the Sales team with maintaining Confluence pages
  • Uploading completed questionnaires to Wiki
  • Working on other ad-hoc requests such as documentation requests and gap analyses

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management is highly preferred
  • At least 1-year experience in sales support/ administration
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • A keen eye for detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and the ability to think outside of the box
  • The initiative to learn and be comfortable working with minimum supervision
  • Amenable to working mid-shift (3 pm - 12 am Manila time) and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
