JR52627 Software Engineer - Infra Automation

• Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Business analyst, Architect and Tech leads to understand business and technical requirements
• Design and develop Web applications using Angular .Net, C#.
• Automate applications using Python
• Automatic deployment using CI CD pipelines
• Write unit testcases & execution
• Experience in Source Control Management tools such as; Azure Dev ops, GIT
• Resolving technical issues related to Web Applications & SaaS products.
• Work with business operations, business analysts, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by working with Customers and Vendor
• Providing immediate support to customers via email, chat, or remote desktop connections.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex problems.
• Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in application development using C# and Python
• Proficiency in automating deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in understanding and diagnosing technical issues.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services of Azure, AWS and SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively.
