The Solutions Consultant position is a key part of our continued growth. This is a Client Facing role where you will be supporting the EMEA Sales and Client Success departments with Technical demonstrations and really acting as a Subject matter expert to our prospects and clients. You will be showcasing the best of Sterling and demonstrating how our technology can support our customers with their Regional and Global Background Screening requirements. This really is an exciting time to be at Sterling. Our prospects are so eager to hear about what we have to offer and how we can improve their process and you can be part of that.

This is what you’ll do:

• Provide a service for all platform and product solutioning required during the sales process and for existing clients
• Build outstanding relationships with Sterling’s Global Sales, Product and Technology teams.
• Responsible for technical demonstrations for prospects, showing the very best of Sterling’s solutions suite including committed roadmap items
• Support the Sales team with technical questions during the sales cycle
• Become a subject matter expert in Sterling’s platforms and systems and earn the clients trust through technical and functional expertise
• Other duties as assigned

This Is What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work hands-on with technology and demonstrate our platforms
• Can adjust approach and communication style based on the stakeholders
• Present effectively, explain proposed solutions and answer detailed questions across clients and internal stakeholders.

Knowledge or experience of the background screening industry would be ideal but not essential
