Job Description: 

  • Carrying out capability assessments across the organization
  • Designing blended learning solutions
  • Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs.
  • Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development.
  • Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs.
  • Driving a culture of continuous professional development
  • Facilitating learning interventions
  • Creating a coaching culture in the organization
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in developing and facilitating leadership and development courses; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
  • Knowledge on project management, work coordination, and consultation skills.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to coach or teach others and guide the development process of core leadership.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; is comfortable delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
