=Objectives of this position=
=Job Responsibilities=
1. Actively Manages the product portfolio of assigned product groups or SBUs including product positioning so as to achieve strategic targets for A-PMA/E.
2. Ensures volume and CM1 profitability targets are achieved for assigned product groups or SBUs.
3. Consolidates sales forecast or demand forecast for responsible assigned SBUs and review monthly demand planning and forecast together with Sales and SCM/Planning and makes necessary recommendations.
4. Continuously strives to optimize the product portfolio in consultation with Regional Marketing teams and respective Sales, Technical Development teams
5. Assists Industry Heads/LBMs in the preparation of operation planning/ Target Agreement and respective SBU budgeting in co-operation with the sales teams.
1. Develops and implements Industry pricing strategies.
2. Develops price lists, and limit and Target prices based on S1, S2 and S3
3. Drives implementation of industry business rules and marketing initiatives, coaches sales and tech service reps (i.e. lot size surcharges).
4. Approves pricing below limit price (2nd level exceptions).
5. Monitors A-PMA/E price performance.
1. Works with Marketing, Sales and Technical Development to identify and evaluates new market segment growth opportunities and provides recommendations for business models and approaches to business development activities and channel strategies within assigned SBU product groups.
2. Supports plan for New Product development and coordinate with the R & D Product and Technical Development teams. Encourages High Vitality Index product sales thru win-win commercial solutions
3. Supports Marketing Communications to generate product marketing packages to sales and technical development teams.
1. To understand from leading customers to gain knowledge on key market trends, information about end user Industry and customer interests
2. Conducts Market and competitive analysis and builds up market intelligence database for specific product groups or SBUs.
3. Manages the collection of the market information relevant to the product(s) so as to support investment decisions.
4. Develops Market competitor database for assigned product groups or SBUs.
1. Updates strategy database for assigned product groups or SBUs.
2. Works with Marketing, Sales, Technical Development and Product managers to review and update respective market segment and SBUs strategy.
3. Supports the LBM/Industry Head for special projects.
1. Assists Senior Commercial Managers in Monthly reporting and monitoring of KPIs would include: 3rd party sales report (volumes, Net sales, Average selling price, currency) and establishes projects Database for acquisition and commercialized projects.
2. Analyzes KPIs data on a monthly basis and provide them to sales and Technical development teams.
3. Establishes trend indicators based on macro industry/market indicators to prepare a forward-looking business
