Job description

  • Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization, project financials, oversee project invoicing status, cost, expense and cash flow, ensure that financial reporting is up to date, all the project related documents are stored according to Hitachi Energy policies, present in project/service agreement/warranty reviews and identify, qualify, quantify and manage risk, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project, ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed, drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
  • Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claim management, in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual agreements, coordinate with Supply Chain Management, successfully procure required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
  • Support Supply Chain Management in negotiation, claim and project change, act as key contact for the customer, an escalation points for project issues, build, maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Pursuit to develop customer relationship enabling business continuation and/or sustainable business relationship and provide feedback internally to develop products, processes, operations and services.
  • Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Your background:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience transformers and project management.
  • Quick learner, positive attitude.
  • Support senior warranty or sales engineer and take care service project as project engineer.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Flexible for business travel when required
